A self-paced personal development experience for women
Steady Within
The Flourishing Femme Method to Break Old Patterns, Calm Emotional Overwhelm, and Trust Yourself Again
You're capable. You care deeply. And you're probably used to being the person everyone else counts on.
But when you're carrying too much, it can start showing up as overthinking, emotional overwhelm, resentment, second-guessing yourself, saying yes when you want to say no, or reacting in ways that don't feel like you.
Steady Within gives you practical tools to recognize those patterns sooner, come back to yourself, and choose how you want to respond before autopilot takes over.
Recognize the pattern. Come back to yourself. Choose what happens next.
Does this sound familiar?
You know something needs to change.
You've already done a lot of personal growth. You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Journaled. Prayed. Worked on boundaries. Tried to understand why you react the way you do.
And yet, when life gets stressful, you still find yourself slipping into the same familiar patterns.
The frustrating part isn't that you don't know enough. It's that knowing what you should do doesn't always help when you're right in the middle of the moment.
I know better. So why do I still keep reacting the same way?
Maybe you've noticed yourself doing some of these things:
You replay conversations long after they're over.
You react when you're overwhelmed and wish you'd handled the moment differently.
You second-guess decisions you've already made.
You spend so much time caring for everyone else that you're not always sure what you need.
You say yes quickly and feel resentful later.
You understand where some of your patterns came from, but understanding hasn't made them disappear.
You absorb the moods and emotions of the people around you.
You sometimes feel scattered, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself.
You know you need boundaries, but guilt makes them hard to hold.
You avoid difficult things even when you know avoiding them is making life harder.
The goal isn't to never feel stressed, emotional, or triggered. The goal is to recognize what's happening sooner and know what to do next.

A different way to move through the moments that usually take over
Steady Within helps you build three essential skills so you can recognize what's happening, come back to yourself, and choose how you want to respond.
Recognize
Learn to notice the thoughts, emotions, triggers, and automatic responses that pull you out of your center.
Instead of realizing hours later that you were overwhelmed, resentful, people-pleasing, avoiding, or reacting, you begin catching the pattern while it's happening.
Return
Build simple practices for returning to a calmer, clearer state when you feel emotionally overloaded, scattered, drained, or pulled into someone else's emotions.
You'll develop your own collection of grounding, awareness, breathing, intention, movement, and self-connection tools.
Choose
Create enough space between the trigger and the reaction to make an intentional choice instead of letting autopilot decide for you.
That might mean setting a boundary, communicating differently, trusting your decision, stepping away, asking for what you need, or responding from a calmer place.
You don't have to get every moment right. You can learn to catch yourself sooner and choose what happens next.

What Can Change
Imagine handling the same life with a steadier version of you inside it.
You don't need every circumstance around you to change before you can experience more calm, clarity, confidence, and choice in the way you move through it.
Steady Within helps you build practical changes that show up in the conversations, decisions, boundaries, and emotional moments that make up your actual life.
Catch emotional triggers earlier
Recognize when you're becoming overwhelmed, reactive, scattered, or disconnected before the moment completely takes over.
Stop automatically saying yes
Give yourself enough space to check in before committing, overgiving, or agreeing to something you don't actually want.
Move through emotions without getting consumed by them
Acknowledge what you're feeling without suppressing it, judging it, or letting the emotion make every decision for you.
Stop carrying everyone else emotionally
Stay loving and connected without feeling responsible for fixing someone else's mood, reaction, disappointment, or experience.
Trust your own decisions
Spend less time endlessly questioning yourself and more time feeling grounded in what you know, need, and choose.
Understand what's underneath your reactions
Begin seeing the thoughts, expectations, beliefs, and familiar coping patterns influencing the way you respond.
And begin creating more of what you actually want:
Clearer boundaries
Less second-guessing
Faster recovery after stress
Greater self-trust
The goal isn't to never get knocked off center. It's to recognize it sooner, know how to return, and trust yourself with what happens next.

Knowing the pattern is only the beginning. The real change happens when you know what to do when it shows up.
Inside Steady Within
This isn't another collection of information to remember.
You may already understand a lot about yourself. You might even know exactly why you overthink, overgive, shut down, avoid, or react the way you do.
The harder part is knowing what to do when that pattern shows up in the middle of real life.
Steady Within helps you take what you know about yourself and turn it into something you can actually use in the difficult conversation, stressful afternoon, emotional trigger, or moment when you feel yourself slipping back into an old response.
Notice what's happening
Recognize the thought, emotion, trigger, or familiar response before it completely takes over.
Create space
Use practical tools to slow the automatic response and come back to a clearer, steadier state.
Choose what happens next
Respond from what you actually want and need instead of letting the old pattern decide for you.
What You'll Explore
Practical tools for the moments when knowing better isn't enough.
Throughout Steady Within, Marnae helps you look more closely at what happens inside you when stress, emotions, old habits, and familiar reactions begin to take over — and gives you practices you can begin using in everyday life.
Notice when you're getting pulled off center
Become more aware of the signs that you're feeling scattered, emotionally overloaded, drained, distracted, or disconnected so you can recognize what's happening earlier.
Come back to the present
Explore practices such as breathing, movement, nature, gratitude, awareness, and spiritual connection that can help you pause, reconnect, and feel more grounded in the moment.
Understand the patterns underneath your reactions
Look at the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, interpretations, automatic responses, and coping habits so you can begin seeing why certain patterns keep repeating.
Get clearer about what you want instead
Practice shifting your attention from the response you want to stop toward the way you actually want to feel, communicate, respond, and move forward.
The bigger picture
The goal is to build a collection of tools that help you notice yourself sooner, reconnect with yourself, and make a more intentional choice about what happens next.
Is Steady Within For You?
This was created for the woman who knows herself pretty well... and still gets pulled into old patterns.
You don't need to be falling apart to want something to change. Steady Within is for women who are functioning, caring, capable, and ready to feel more intentional about the way they move through stress, emotions, relationships, and everyday life.
You can care deeply about the people in your life without losing your connection to yourself.
Steady Within may be a good fit if you recognize yourself here:
You tend to overthink conversations, decisions, or what other people might be thinking about you.
You're often the strong, dependable one, but carrying so much can leave you emotionally drained.
You want clearer boundaries without spending hours feeling guilty after you set them.
You understand some of your patterns, but want practical ways to respond differently when they actually show up.
You care deeply about others and want to stay connected without carrying responsibility for everyone's emotions.
You want to trust yourself more and spend less time questioning, explaining, or talking yourself out of what you know you need.
It isn't intended to replace therapy, medical care, or other professional mental-health support when those services are needed.
If you're ready to understand yourself more clearly and practice a steadier way of responding when life gets messy, Steady Within gives you a place to begin.

Rapid Eye Technology (RET) is a natural, non-invasive process that helps release stress, trauma, and emotional blocks without having to relive painful memories. The technique simulates the body’s own REM (rapid eye movement) sleep process, when the brain naturally clears emotional experiences and reorganizes them at higher frequencies.
Through gentle eye movements, blinking, and guided verbal or breathing patterns, RET allows energy to move through the body’s neural pathways and out through the optic nerve. This helps clear trapped emotional energy and replace it with higher-frequency emotions like peace, gratitude, and joy.
Marnae has been a Rapid Eye Technician and Trainer since 2006, using this process to help clients safely and quickly move through core issues, break old patterns, and experience deep emotional and energetic alignment.
